Kaz Hori

Kaz Hori started his music career in 1986 working for the legendary concert promoter/music publisher Tats Nagashima at Taiyo Music as professional manager. In 1990, Kaz joined the board of HoriPro Inc. and has been overseeing its international business. Kaz is also the CEO of HoriPro Entertainment Group, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of HoriPro. HoriPro Entertainment is a music publishing company with offices in Los Angeles and Nashville which controls the songs created by KISS, REO Speedwagon, Marilyn Manson and The Byrds as well as numerous country songs which have been recorded by Elvis Presley, George Strait, Reba McEntire, Hall & Oates, The Eagles among others. Currently, Kaz is Vice Chairman of the Board of HoriPro Inc. and of Music Publishers Association of Japan (MPAJ) and also serves on the Board of Japan Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC).
